3. Child Supervision and Family Responsibility
Children attending events remain under the direct supervision and responsibility of their parent, legal guardian, or caregiver at all times.
Parents and guardians are responsible for:

- Ensuring children follow event rules;
- Supervising children in activity spaces;
- Managing allergies, dietary restrictions, medications, or medical needs;
- Ensuring children behave respectfully toward others.
Single SuperMom Inc is not responsible for:
- Unattended children;
- Injuries involving children;
- Lost children;
- Disputes between attendees or children;
- Supervision failures by parents or guardians.
4. Respectful Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward:
- Attendees;
- Volunteers;
- Speakers;
- Organizers;
- Staff members;
- Sponsors;
- Venue personnel.
The following behavior is prohibited:
- Harassment;
- Discrimination;
- Bullying;
- Threats;
- Abusive language;
- Unsafe behavior;
- Disruptive conduct;
- Inappropriate behavior toward children or families;
- Intoxication that disrupts the event;
- Unlawful conduct.
Single SuperMom Inc reserves the right to remove participants from events without refund where behavior violates this policy.
5. No Unauthorized Marketing or Solicitation
Participants may not use Single SuperMom Inc events, workshops, online communities, programs, or activities for unauthorized marketing, promotion, sales, recruitment, or solicitation.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Promoting personal businesses, products, or services;
- Distributing flyers, business cards, promotional materials, or advertisements;
- Recruiting participants for personal projects, organizations, programs, or businesses;
- Selling products or services without prior written permission;
- Network marketing, multi-level marketing (MLM), or similar activities;
- Collecting contact information from participants for marketing purposes;
- Sending unsolicited messages, offers, or promotions to attendees.
Any promotional, partnership, sponsorship, vendor, or sales activity must be approved in writing by Single SuperMom Inc before the event or activity.
Single SuperMom Inc reserves the right to remove promotional materials, restrict participation, refuse access, or remove individuals from events or communities for violating this section.
6. No Unauthorized Recording, Screenshots, or Content Sharing
Participants may not record, livestream, screenshot, photograph, copy, or redistribute event content, community discussions, participant stories, training materials, or private communications without prior written permission from Single SuperMom Inc and, where applicable, the individuals involved.
This includes:
- Audio recordings;
- Video recordings;
- Screenshots;
- Livestreams;
- Social media reposts;
- Sharing private group content;
- Copying workshop materials;
- Publishing participant stories or personal information.
Single SuperMom Inc reserves the right to restrict or remove participants who violate privacy, confidentiality, or content-sharing rules.
7. Confidentiality and Safe Space
Single SuperMom Inc events and communities are intended to be supportive, respectful, and safe spaces.
Participants must respect the privacy, dignity, and confidentiality of others.
Personal stories, sensitive information, family situations, financial circumstances, health-related information, or other private matters shared during events or community activities may not be repeated, published, recorded, or shared without permission.
Participants are expected to help protect the emotional safety and privacy of the community.
8. No Professional Advice
Information shared during Single SuperMom Inc events, workshops, programs, or activities is provided for general educational, community, and informational purposes only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Single SuperMom Inc does not provide:
- Legal advice;
- Financial advice;
- Medical advice;
- Mental health treatment;
- Therapy;
- Professional counseling;
- Tax advice.
Participants should seek advice from qualified professionals when needed.
9. Health, Safety, and Medical Responsibility
Participants attend events at their own risk.
Participants remain responsible for:
- Personal medical conditions;
- Allergies;
- Medications;
- Physical limitations;
- Dietary restrictions;
- Emergency medical needs.
Single SuperMom Inc does not provide medical care, emergency healthcare services, or health insurance coverage for participants unless explicitly stated otherwise.

- Accidents;
- Illnesses;
- Allergic reactions;
- Medical emergencies;
- Lost or stolen property;
- Damages arising from participation in events or activities.
10. Photography, Video, and Media Release
Photos, videos, audio recordings, livestreams, and other media may be captured during events, workshops, and activities for promotional, educational, archival, fundraising, and community purposes.
By attending an event, participants grant Single SuperMom Inc permission to use their:
- Image;
- Likeness;
- Voice;
- Statements;
- Recordings.
This may include use in:
- Websites;
- Newsletters;
- Promotional campaigns;
- Fundraising materials;
- Social media;
- Educational materials;
- Press or media coverage.
Participants who do not wish to appear in media content should notify Single SuperMom Inc in writing before the event whenever reasonably possible.
Parents or guardians are responsible for communicating media preferences relating to minors.
11. Personal Property
Participants are responsible for their own belongings at all times.
Single SuperMom Inc is not responsible for:
- Lost items;
- Stolen property;
- Damaged belongings;
- Unattended possessions.
12. Event Changes, Cancellation, and Force Majeure
Single SuperMom Inc reserves the right to:
- Modify event schedules;
- Change speakers or venues;
- Postpone events;
- Cancel events;
- Limit attendance;
- Refuse entry;
- Remove participants.
Changes may occur due to operational, safety, legal, weather-related, financial, venue-related, staffing, health, public safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
Single SuperMom Inc is not responsible for losses, costs, travel expenses, accommodation expenses, lost income, or other damages caused by event changes, delays, postponements, cancellations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Participants may request reasonable accommodations related to accessibility, mobility, hearing, vision, dietary restrictions, or other needs.

Participants attending events in different countries or jurisdictions remain responsible for complying with:

- Travel requirements;
- Visa requirements;

- Insurance obligations.
Single SuperMom Inc is not responsible for costs, losses, delays, or restrictions related to international travel or participation.
15. Social Media Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully when discussing, tagging, reviewing, posting about, or sharing content related to Single SuperMom Inc events, staff, volunteers, sponsors, speakers, attendees, or community members.
Participants may not use social media to harass, shame, intimidate, misrepresent, exploit, or disclose private information about others.
Single SuperMom Inc may restrict participation or take appropriate action where online conduct harms community safety, reputation, privacy, or trust.
16. Third-Party, Volunteer, Sponsor, and Venue Protection
Events may involve volunteers, sponsors, venue partners, speakers, facilitators, vendors, contractors, or third-party service providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Single SuperMom Inc is not responsible for the independent actions, omissions, products, services, statements, facilities, or conduct of third parties.
Participants agree to follow reasonable instructions from authorized staff, volunteers, venue personnel, and event organizers.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participation in events and activities is entirely at the participant’s own risk.
Single SuperMom Inc, including its directors, volunteers, employees, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, partners, and representatives, shall not be liable for:
- Direct or indirect damages;
- Personal injury;
- Emotional distress;
- Property damage;
- Financial losses;
- Travel disruptions;
- Cancellations;
- Third-party actions;
- Childcare or supervision issues;
- Accidents involving children;
- Event interruptions;
- Force majeure situations.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Single SuperMom Inc, its directors, volunteers, employees, affiliates, sponsors, venue partners, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or legal costs arising from:
- Participation in events;
- Violations of this policy;
- Unlawful conduct;
- Supervision failures involving minors;
- Negligent or reckless behavior.
19. Refunds and Event Purchases
